Fashioned together a 72-7 regular season mark in the foil en route to a berth in the 2005 NCAA Championships...finished fourth in the foil at the NCAA Midwest Regional to earn first team all-region honors...collected second team All-Midwest Conference recognition after coming in fifth in the foil.

Earned first team all-state honors as a senior...went 32-0 in duel meets, finishing first at district championship and eighth in state championship...team captain and MVP as a junior and senior...earned three letters in fencing...team went 13-1 his senior season, winning the district championship and placing third in the state...also ran cross country and track...a two-time first team all-conference in cross country.
