Took last season as a redshirt after an early season injury...appeared in seven games before getting injured, with eight strikeouts in 15 innings pitched.

2008 - FRESHMAN SEASON
Made eight appearances with three starts...went 2-1 with a 7.25 ERA and eight strikeouts in 22.1 innings of work...gave up just one hit in one inning of work in first career apperance vs. Charlotte (3/1)...went 5.0 innings vs. Eastern Michigan (4/7) in first career start to earn first career win...pitched two innings of scoreless relief against Wright State, giving up one hit with one strikeout.

HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered three times in baseball for head coach Bob Talpas and two times in football...key member of baseball squad that captured the 2007 conference title and three district titles (2005-07)...earned first team all-conference and all-distrcit accolades as a senior and second team all-conference honors as a junior...posted a career record of 13-4 with a 2.45 ERA.
