Cleveland State baseball junior Tyler Wynn has been named to the 2010 All-Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League first team. Wynn has started 37 games for the Licking Co. Settlers and ranked in the top-10 in seven league-wide statistical categories. He is batting .319, while leading the league in RBIs (36) and ranking third with six homers. Due in large part to Wynn's success, the Licking Co. Settlers are a league-best 29-11 along with ranking first in batting average (.301), slugging percentage (.427), on base percentage (.376), runs (238), hits (396), RBIs (203), doubles (79) and home runs (24). In addition to home runs and RBIs, Wynn is tied for seventh with 28 runs scored, tied for eighth with 45 hits, tied for fifth with 11 doubles, fourth in slugging percentage at .553 and fifth with 226 putouts. Wynn, along with fellow Viking team members Alex Johnson, Tom Carter and Travis Miller, were also selected to the All-Star Teams in their respective summer leagues. Playoffs for the GLSCL began on August 3 and will continue through the ninth.
