BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Cleveland State played to a 0-0 draw at Bowling Green in its final exhibition match of the preseason on Sunday afternoon. No overtime session was played.

The Vikings outshot BG, 17-13, including 8-4 on goal.

Sophomore Nick Harpel posted four saves for the Vikings to earn the shutout. Paul Shoemaker and Brent Petkus made four saves each for the Falcons to finish with the combined shutout.

CSU will open the 2008 regular season on Friday (Aug. 30) when the Vikings play Seattle at 5:00 p.m. EST in the first day of the UC Irvine Tournament.
