Dear Alumni and Friends of Fenn/Cleveland State Soccer: It's soccer season! We've kicked off our 51st year by splitting our first two games at the Hilton Garden Inn Classic in Louisville, KY. Our schedule is enclosed so you can plan to join us for a match or two this fall. Last fall's 50th anniversary celebration of Fenn/CSU Soccer was so well-received, we've incorporated a few special activities into this year's alumni reunion weekend: October 8 & 9, 2004. -- If you'd like to chase around a little white ball, Tom Turner is organizing a soccer alumni golf game for Friday morning, Oct. 8. -- On Friday evening Oct. 8, the Varsity "C" Club is holding a Reverse Raffle and Silent Auction to benefit CSU Soccer (details enclosed). -- Our alumni reunion match is at noon on Saturday, Oct. 9 when we play UW-Green Bay at Mentor HS (see attached for info on our Krenzler Field upgrades and directions to Mentor). -- After the game (around 2 p.m.) we'll gather alumni and current players together for refreshments and socializing at the picnic pavilion next to Mentor's field.
