2011-12 - JUNIOR SEASON
Broke school record in 2011-12 in the 100-yard freestyle (43.33)...Had team's top time for the season in 50-yard (20.24) and 100-yard freestyles...Had team's second best time on the year in the 100-yard butterfly (48.91) and 50-tard backstroke (24.18)...Named Horizon League Swimmer of the Week three times...Part of the winning relay at the Horizon League Championships in the 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard medley relay...Won the 100-yard freestyle in the Horizon League Championships...Finished second in the Horizon League Championships in the 50-yard freestyle...Finished third in the Horizon League Championships in 100-yard butterfly
2010-11 - SOPHOMORE SEASON
Named to the Mid-Major All-American honorable mention team by CollegeSwimming.com...swam third on 200 free relay (1:19.36) team that set a new school and Horizon League record...set school record in the 100 free (44.07) prelims at the Horizon League Championships...swam a 44.32 in the 100 free finals to take third in the league and qualify for the USA Swimming National Championships...second fastest Viking in the 50 free (20.49), swam in the prelims at the Horizon League Championships...swam a 20.55 to take sixth in the 50 free at the league meet...second on the team and sixth in the league in the 100 fly... fourth on the team in the 200 free (1:43.33)...fifth on the Vikings in the 100 breast (1:00.63)...led 400 free relay (3:00.57) that took fourth at the League Championships...also swam first in the 800 free relay (6:45.53) that was the team's quickest quartet in that event...three-time Horizon League `Swimmer of the Week'...won weekly award each of the first two weeks (Oct. 18 and Oct. 26)...also won `Swimmer of the Week' on Nov. 23.
2009-10 - FRESHMAN SEASON
Set two personal records last season, in the 100 free (44.98) at the Horizon League Championship and in the 200 IM (2:02.14)...consistently dropped times in the 50 and 100 freestyle events and won three straight 50 free events during the early part of the season...was able to swim the team's fastest 50 free (20.60), 100 free (44.98), third fastest 200 free (1:41.44), fastest 200 free relay (1:21.28), 400 free relay (3:00.88), 200 medley relay (1:29.29) and 400 medley relay (3:17.48)...won seven events, including the 50 free six times and the 100 free once. His best time in the 50 free ranked third in the Horizon League, while his best time in the 100 free ranked fourth and his time in the 200 free ranked eighth.

State qualifier during his freshman year...set records in the 50, 100 and 200 free and the 100 and 500 fly...earned the outstanding swimmer award three years...also lettered in track and football.

Born July 6, 1991 in Woodmere, Ohio...son of Aleather and Berry Thompson...has three sisters, Cristina, Lachrisna and Dawn...criminology major.
