    BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Cleveland State men's swimmers easily handled Louisville and Saint Louis at the Falcon Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The Vikings disposed of the Cardinals 81-32 and routed the Billikens 96-12 to improve to 8-2 on the season.

    As a team, CSU earned top times in ten of the 13 events at the tri-meet. Junior Warren Vickers (Durban, South Africa/Durban) won both the 100 free (46.93) and the 200 free (1:44.14) while senior Andrew Hancock (Cambridge, Australia/St. Mary's Senior) took top spots in the 500 free (4:48.80) as well as the 400 IM (4:12.47). Junior Lyle Wilkens (Bloemfontein, South Africa/Grey College) also posted two first-place finishes, taking the 50 free (21.46) and the 100 back (52.98).

    In addition, the Vikings finished first in both the 400 free relay (3:13.63) and the 400 medley relay (3:31.75).

    The men's swimmers are back in action on Friday, January 31, when they take on Notre Dame at 4:00 p.m. in the Robert F. Busbey Natatorium. The Vikings close out their home slate the following afternoon when they host Illinois-Chicago at 2:00 p.m. CSU's senior will be honored before the meet and an alumni reception at Mather Mansion will follow the contest.
