CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland State men's swimmer Marko Milenkovic represented Serbia at the World University Games last week by competing in two events. The rising senior swam in the 200 IM on Monday (July 6), but was disqualified and did not finish the race. He bounced back on Tuesday (July 7) to finish 34th in the 200 IM with a time of 2:22.65. "This was a tremendous honor for Marko to represent his country and Cleveland State on a world level," head coach Wally Morton said. "Anytime you have a chance to represent your country on a stage like this, it can only help you in your improvement as an athlete and a competitor." The World University Games is an international sporting festival held every two years, which features some of the top student-athletes in the world from more than 10 different sports.
