2010-11 - FRESHMAN SEASON
Earned five wins and placed sixth in the Eastern Wrestling League Championships at 184 pounds during his redshirt freshman season...all five of his wins came via decision...earned two victories on the same day, picking up victories against Gardner-Webb and SIU-Edwardsville at the Indiana Quad...won twice at the CSU Open before falling to the eventual third place finisher.
2009-10 - REDSHIRT SEASON
Redshirted to maintain a season of eligibility.
HIGH SCHOOL
Finished third at the state meet as a senior...qualified for state during his junior year with a record of 49-9...earned All-Area first team honors as a sophomore, junior and senior...led Holt High to a state championship his junior year, followed by a runner-up finish his senior year...ended his prep career with a 139-32 record...lettered all four years in wrestling for coach Rocky Shaft.

Born Sept. 30. 1991 in Lansing, Michigan...son of Tamie Boone and the late William Boone...has one sister, Erin...two year letter winner in football....led the Holt High football team to league and district championships his junior year...physical therapy major.
