    Through hard work and perseverance, Mandy Sichting has made great strides in her game and will make significant contributions at both end of the court.     2003-04 -- Junior Season
    • Led the team with a .586 field goal percentage (34-58), while also making 21-of-29 from the free throw line (.724)
    • Played in every game as the backup center, averaging 15.1 minutes per appearance

    • Had career day on Jan. 2 at No. 21 UW-Green Bay, going 7-for-9 en route to 14 points in 30 minutes of action

    • Recorded nine points and eight rebounds versus Youngstown State on Jan. 8
