Women's Golf Stands Pat In Seventh

WARREN, Ohio - Cleveland State kept its spot in seventh place as the team standings remained exactly the same for the final round of the Youngstown State Taco Bell Fall Invitational on Tuesday. Bowling Green held on for the team title at the par 72, 5,855 yard Avalon South Golf Club. The Falcons (615) defeated Oakland by eight shots, while the host Penguins rounded out the top three at 641. Oakland's Christina Cibrario claimed medalist honors at 153 after shooting a 75 to erase a five-shot first round deficit. She edged a group of four golfers who finished tied for second at 154. Cleveland State's Kristen Obush finished in a tie for 10th at 157, fading from a 74 in the first round to an 83 on Tuesday. Ashley Davidson carded a team-low round of 78 to finish at 167 -- good for a tie for 33rd in her first collegiate meet.
