A two-time second team all-conference selection, Taylor was also a four-year letterwinner, earning the 2003 Varsity "C" Club award winner as the Most Outstanding Player on the team. Taylor was also recognized for her scholastic achievements, receiving the Faculty Athletic Representative's Special Academic Achievement Award in 2003 while also being named to the Verizon Academic All-District squad. She closed her career in grand fashion, winning the Horizon League batting title by going 52-for-157 (.331) with a team-high 24RBI and 19 walks.
