Vikings Take Two Versus Oakland, Chicago State

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland State extended its winning streak to five with two non-league home matches on Friday, edging Oakland, 4-3, and Chicago State, 6-1, on Saturday night at the River Oaks Racquet Club. The Vikings, who have won eight of their last nine, are now 9-5 on the season. A trio of Vikings went 2-0 in singles play, led by senior Sarah Galon, who won both of her matches at No. 1 singles. Freshman Charlotte Gibbons and junior Jenn Myers also went 2-0 in singles play.
