Strong spring break performances earned junior Olivier Dhaine and sophomore Jenn Myers their first Horizon League Tennis Athlete of the Week honors, the league announced Monday (Mar. 20).

Dhaine, a native of France, is 9-2 on the season after recording three wins in Orlando, Fla. from Mar. 13-15. He downed Jonathan Fernando of Fairfield University 6-1, 3-6, 6-4 on Mar. 13 at No. 1 singles for his seventh win of the spring. Two days later Dhaine knocked off Daniel Wynne of Fairleigh Dickinson University 6-2, 5-7, 10-3. Hours later, Dhaine easily downed UW-LaCrosse's Dale Wroblewski 6-1, 6-2.

Dhaine is also on a seven-match winning streak at No. 1 doubles with partner Jay Tee. The duo went 4-0 in Orlando, downing Fairfield University 8-8 (4) (Mar. 13), Binghamton University 9-7 (Mar. 14), Fairleigh Dickinson 8-5 (Mar. 15) and UW-LaCrosse 80-6 (Mar. 15).

Myers is 18-7 on the season at No. 2 singles, with a seven-match winning streak extending from Feb. 18-Mar. 14. She shut out Tricia Smalls of Fairleigh Dickinson University on Mar. 12, 6-0, 6-0. One day later she downed Fairfield University's Gabriela Davila 6-0, 6-1, and Kara Powers of Hamilton College 6-1, 6-4. She ended the week with a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Maria Phillpotts of Wagner College (Mar. 14).

Myers is on a four-match winning streak at No. 3 doubles with partner Christine Vogelgesang. The pair downed Fairleigh Dickinson 8-0 (Mar. 12), Fairfield University 8-1 (Mar. 13), Hamilton College 8-1 (Mar. 13) and Wagner College 8-3 (Mar. 24).
