Was one of Cleveland State’s top finishers throughout the season…recorded a career-best 5K time of 19:49 at the Friendship Invitational (Sept. 20)…posted a career-best 6K time of 24:18 at the All-Ohio Championship (Oct. 3) – a mark that ranks 38th on the all-time 6K performance list at Cleveland State…was the third Viking to cross the finish line at the WC Fall Classic (Oct. 17), placing 66th overall with a time of 19:58…finished 39th at the Mel Brodt Collegiate Opener (Sept. 12) with a time of 19:51.

Was just shy of posting a sub 20-minute 5K at the Ohio Invitational, posting a season-best time of 20:01…recorded a season-best 6K time at the Friendship Invitational, finishing in a time of 24:58…was one of CSU’s top-four finishers during six races…notched a 5K time of 20:26 at the WC Fall Classic…was the fourth Viking to cross the finish line at the Horizon League Championship, placing 48th overall with a 5K time of 20:19.

Three-time All-Ohio runner…led team to a regional championship as a freshman with the team placing fourth at the state meet…part of a team that finished third at the state meet as a sophomore.

Born May 13, 1995 in Warren, Ohio…daughter of Paul and Alysia Shamrock…has one brother, Shaun, and one sister, Autumn…member of the National Honor Society and earned Honor Roll accolades…plans to major in Nursing.
