2002 -- Sophomore Season Ran in all eight events, scoring as the second or third CSU runner. . . showed considerable improvement from the start of the year, turning in a season-best 21:25 effort at the Horizon League Championships.

2001 -- Freshman Season Raced in eight of the nine events. . . turned in a season-best 22:31 effort at the Lakefront Invitational in Chicago. . . was 31st at the Tommy Evans Invitational.

High School Earned 11 varsity letters -- four in cross country, three in basketball and four in track...played guard on basketball team...ran one and two mile events in track...team captain on cross country team for three consecutive years...team MVP all four years of high school...placed 13th in cross country district championships...first team All-Lorain County Conference...Lorain County Honorable Mention for track...high school basketball team was regional qualifier for three years, while winning district and sectional championship three times.
